At the Halal Food Truck Festival, we worked with the client to set up over 3000 feet of fencing, securing the space at Holland Park. Using client requirements, we added gates, back entries, and VIP sections to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, 20 portable washrooms were installed for this two-day event, with a client-requested pump out and restock of sanitizers, toilet paper, and other necessities on the second day.

For Agrifair, our client required a secure and well-organized setup at Exhibition Park, so our team installed 3,500 feet of durable fencing complete with mesh screening and high-security locks. Working closely with the client, we strategically positioned all gates and access points to support smooth event flow while maintaining clear site boundaries and preventing unauthorized access.

In addition, we supplied 12 portable washrooms for attendees and staff, along with two daily service pump-outs — one scheduled in the morning and another mid-day — to ensure the units remained clean, fully stocked, and operational throughout the event.

For the Kabaddi tournament at Kabaddi Tournament, we provided a full site setup that included 2,000 feet of fencing, with 700 feet of 4-foot fencing incorporated to help shape key areas of the venue and control crowd movement.

To support both spectators and players, 15 portable washrooms were also delivered and distributed throughout the site in multiple locations for easy access. The overall setup ensured a secure, organized, and well-managed environment for the duration of the event.

For Canada Day, our client wanted to secure the fireworks zone at Rotary Stadium. We installed 1500 feet of fencing, designed to restrict access and ensure safety for spectators. Working in close collaboration with the client, we used high-quality materials to create a safe, clear perimeter around the event, providing an effective solution to meet the clients security requirements.

For the Taste of Abby event at Jubilee Park, our team installed 1,500 feet of fencing on Friday morning to secure the designated area and establish a safe, controlled perimeter for the festival. The setup was carefully planned to support crowd management, restrict unauthorized access, and ensure smooth event operations throughout the day.
Once the event concluded, our crew returned to efficiently remove all 1,500 feet of fencing, completing the full takedown and site clear-out within two hours.

For the seasonal event at Martini Town, our team installed a total of 3,000 feet of fencing, including 1,000 feet of 4-foot fencing, to properly secure and define the event space. The setup was designed to provide a safe, controlled perimeter while maintaining clear access points for staff, vendors, and event operations.
As a longer-term installation, the fencing was built to withstand continuous use throughout the season, ensuring stability, security, and a clean site presentation for the duration of the approximately six-week event.
